Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping within NZ. All shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the products ordered.

Certain products, such as our print or design service, may have a turnaround time. We will do our best to have everything finished in an agreed timeframe, however, please be aware that this is not always possible and needs to be taken into consideration when placing an order.

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of being dispatched, please contact us so we can look into this further. In rare instances, NZPost may need to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel which may take up to 5 business days.

If your address has changed since you have placed your order, please ensure you let us know before postage.

3D tech does not take responsibility after shipping for any postage delays; however, we will always follow up on these for you should they occur.
